Very nice room. After we were in the first room for 5 minutes we got an upgrada to the top floor room wich was even better! Receptionist was very friendly and helpful! Even let me print out flighttickets on his computer. Good location in the old town but still quiet. Would definately stay there again!

Hotel is great value for money, close to shopping area, with taxis always on hand.
Breakfast very basic, there could have been more variety.

The staff were all very helpful. The Hotel Manager Mr. Cong was hands on and ever ready to help. Extremely friendly too.
Excellent value -- so no complaints.

The location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing, right in the middle of the bustling old town, but in a quite street. the room was quite spatious and with oriental style fittings - not excessively luxurious but quite a good value.
There was some construction going on in the hotel or in a building next to it (all day and all night!!!). The room did had a balcony with a view of the rooftops of the old town, as promised, but that view was not exactly pretty, in my opinion.

Very nice hotel with outstanding service to price ratio. We had an executive room at the 7th floor with a very nice terrace and many windows. Except from the noise of the elevator, the room was very quiet. In particular, the noises from the streets were almost not noticable. The room was very clean. The breakfast buffet was quite good (although not huge) and one could order free soup and/or omelet.

Spotless clean room, Very helpfull friendly staff. Very good service.
-
The staff was exceptional, they definately went above and beyond. The rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast was really good.

the location of the hotel Hanoi old quarter was perfect: everything was within walking distance. the hotel stuff was extremely friendly and supportive. they did a great job in organizing private tours for us.
like everywhere in Vietnam when paying by credit cards they charge 3% for the service. this should have been stated in the Booked.net pages. Also for some reasons they did not accept American Express credit card.
-
They had a computer in each room. That was nice when it worked.
Breakfast was just one plate. The hotel was under renovation and the were no notice until I got there.

Great location, 5 mins walk from everywhere. We went on a tour to halong bay on the day we checked out, they took care of our bags for the whole day and when we returned at 10pm they got us a taxi to the train station, they went out of their way to help us. Really nice hotel.
Its great

Very friendly and polite staff. Good price. Original city view from 7's floor restaurant.
-
All staff were extremely helpful and nothing was ever to much trouble.
From our point of view we found the bed to be uncomfortable due to the fact it was very hard. This is not uncommon in Vietnam as we found all accommodation we stayed at had the same issue. We must be used to sleeping on softer beads here in Australia.

Everything was really good - room was clean, bathroom very good
Personal offered oversize price for transfer from airport to Hanoi- 32 USD, taxi to Hanoi - 10 USD, Vietnam Airlines minibus - 2 USD
